Current release status

As reviewed on August 15, 2026, the Firo project lists Reference v0.14.17.2 as a mandatory security and stability release. Confirm the current version and publisher hashes on Firo.org or official GitHub releases before installing.

Local archive status

The file at /firo-windows.zip is a preserved local snapshot containing firo-qt.exe v0.14.16.1. It is older than the mandatory v0.14.17.2 release and has not been repackaged during this review. Its independently computed SHA-256 is:
